EstateProof is built by a UK team specialising in software for organisations that have to keep property safe, maintained and compliant. We were tired of watching that work happen on spreadsheets, paper forms and platforms that hold your data hostage.
Why we built it inside your Microsoft 365
Most inspection and facilities tools ask you to leave Microsoft 365, hand over your data to their cloud, and pay more for every person you add. We didn't want to sell that.
EstateProof runs on the Microsoft 365 your organisation already has. Your records, every work order, photo, inspection and audit trail, stay in your own SharePoint. We host and maintain the apps, and we never hold your data. Your IT team consents once and stays in control.
It's a suite of five role-based apps sharing one set of records, so the whole loop of reporting, doing, inspecting and governing happens in one place, and each person only sees the part meant for them.

Four rules the product is built around. If we break one, tell us.
Your data is yours
It should never leave your tenant to use a tool. Every record stays in your own SharePoint, and if you leave, it stays there.
Price should be honest
Flat, per site, published, no per-seat surprises at renewal. Annual contract, sixty days' notice, no auto-rollover.
Compliance should prove itself
Evidence as a by-product of the work, not extra admin. A failed check raises the job; the completed job is the evidence.
Software should fit the job
Built around how estates actually run: a caretaker with a phone in a corridor, a contractor with a text message, a governor with twenty minutes before the meeting.

Demos are thirty minutes on Teams with the founder, in a Microsoft 365 tenant set up like yours, with a written price on the published rates at the end.
