EstateProof, Every or iAM Compliant? A comparison you can take to your board.
Every opens with a headline number and then discounts it. iAM Compliant advertises a rate per day and asks for your school name before quoting. EstateProof publishes one price and holds it. Everything below is the like-for-like view: quoted figures, ex VAT, verified July 2026, corrections welcome.

Who holds your data? Start there.
This is the difference that outlasts every feature list. Every and iAM Compliant are hosted platforms: your work orders, certificates, photos and compliance evidence live in their database, and when you leave, you export what you can and rebuild. EstateProof runs inside your own Microsoft 365. Every job, photo and certificate lives in your SharePoint, under your governance, with staff signing in through the Microsoft accounts they already have. Give notice and you lose the app, not the data. It was never ours to hold.

Price, with the games taken out
EstateProof is one price per site per year, published, ex VAT: Silver from £650, Gold from £1,150 and Platinum from £1,650, stepping down as the estate grows. Every's pricing starts from a G-Cloud list price of £1,526 per licence per year and is then discounted deal by deal. iAM Advanced is advertised "from £3 per day" per school; when we asked for the personalised price, the quote came back at £1,460 per school per year, flat. That is £4 a day, a third above the advertised rate before you've started. The cleanest comparison is real numbers.

For a single school iAM's quoted rate is £135 a year under Gold. Every EstateProof figure includes AI triage, inspections that raise jobs automatically, unlimited users and your data held in your own tenant, none of which appear in the other columns at any price. From four schools up, Gold costs less per school as well: £65 a school less at five schools and £310 a school less at twenty. Against Every it isn't close at any size. Features, side by side
Every is a suite of separately priced modules (Business Management, Asset, Policy, Condition and others), hosted on their platform and sold per school on 36 or 60-month auto-renewing contracts. iAM Compliant is a hosted compliance and training platform sold per school in two packages, Essentials and Advanced, with training and sustainability modules priced on top and prices personalised per school. EstateProof is one product in three cumulative packages, Silver, Gold and Platinum, running inside your own Microsoft 365 with no new licences, nothing to install and unlimited users on everything.
All three include work orders, a PPM schedule, sites, assets and contractors, staff fault reporting, a compliance register and a live multi-school dashboard for trust leadership. The table shows where they differ.

Where iAM Compliant is stronger, the training library, we say so. If staff e-learning is your priority, that column matters. If estates, PPM and compliance evidence are the job, read on.
Governance: the board portal the others don't have
Most trusts pay twice: once for a compliance platform, and again for a governance portal such as Huddle or GovernorHub to run board meetings in. Every connects compliance data into its own suite, and credit where it's due for that, but neither Every nor iAM Compliant offers the board-portal feature set itself: meeting packs, e-signed approvals, external board members. GovernanceProof folds that second subscription into the platform. It comes with Platinum, and your board papers are held in your own tenant rather than a vendor's cloud. See the module.

GovernanceProof is live and included in Platinum. Comparator claims were checked against Every's and iAM Compliant's public product pages on 29 July 2026. A governance portal such as Huddle or GovernorHub is normally a separate subscription alongside either comparator.
Getting started, and getting out
Every charges an £800 "Implementation Voucher" per school, valid for twelve months, which is then halved to £400 as a goodwill gesture, so a nine-school trust sees £7,200 become £3,600. iAM Compliant doesn't publish setup costs. Ours is one Launch Credit for the whole trust: setup, data import, a live launch session, the recorded training library and the admin guide. It's free with Gold and Platinum, free on Silver with a two-year commitment, and otherwise a flat £450. There's no expiry clock.

Why the notice period is sixty days
We'd rather keep a trust because the product earns its place than because the contract won't let them go, or because their data is on our servers and leaving means a migration project. That is why your data lives in your tenant and the notice period is sixty days.
Where the others are the right answer
Every is an established supplier with a broad module catalogue. If your trust wants a single vendor for HR-adjacent policy management alongside estates, or you're already invested in their ecosystem, the switching cost may not be worth it.
iAM Compliant has a good staff training offer, with bite-sized IOSH-approved courses. If e-learning is the main thing you're buying, they do it well.
Our case is narrower. If what you need is faults, PPM, inspections, contractors and compliance evidence, run properly inside the Microsoft 365 you already own, at a price you can read out in a governors' meeting, that is the job EstateProof was built for.
