A secure portal for your board, trustees and committees, with every document held in your own Microsoft 365 tenant and live estate data on the board dashboard. External members sign in as secure Microsoft guests, with no licence and no per-user fee. GovernanceProof comes with Platinum.
The termly estate report compiles itself from the same records your FM works in: the ten estate checks a board actually asks, eight answered from your compliance register, certificate vault, site data and standards position, and two that are yours to state. The report says which is which. When the board confirms who is accountable for the estate, that sign-off feeds the standards position overnight.
