iAM Compliant is a capable, widely used compliance platform, and this page holds itself to a standard: every claim about them is sourced from their public pages or a quote we hold, dated, and where they're stronger (the training library, and single-school price on the quote we received), we say so plainly. The usual reasons this search starts: the advertised "from £3 per day" that becomes a different number once you've handed over your school's name; audits that record findings but leave the fixing to a separate process; and years of compliance evidence living on a vendor's platform rather than your own tenant.

The workflow. iAM provides pre-built audits; jobs are raised manually from the findings. Where iAM Compliant is genuinely stronger
The training library. iAM Advanced includes staff e-learning, with a much larger course library available through iAM Academy at additional cost, and EstateProof offers nothing comparable, by design. If delivering staff CPD is a large part of what you want from one platform, that column matters and this page won't pretend otherwise. At a single school, their quoted price also came in £135 a year under Gold: we note it because a buyer with both quotes on their desk will notice anyway.
